I was born in Doncaster, but moved to Stalybridge in Cheshire at the age of seven.
My interest in organs (and keyboards) started at an early age and my interest grew with the buying of two 78rpm records at an antique fair. On my father fetching an old record player from the loft, I was introduced to the sound of the Theatre Organ by two organists, Reginald Dixon and Reginald Foort. Organ lessons followed and I subsequently became a pupil of Theatre Organist Joyce Alldred.
I have been playing professionally since 1991, and my work includes -
Theatre and Electronic Organ Concerts
Playing for dancing
Cabaret accompaniment
Theatre work - Musical director/Keyboards for Pantomime, Variety Shows and Old Time Music Hall.
Private functions - parties, etc.
